One-to-One
How I Work
No two sessions are ever the same because no two people arrive carrying the same landscape.
Rather than following a fixed protocol, each session is guided by what is most alive in the moment. Together we explore the patterns, relationships and underlying dynamics asking for attention, drawing from the approaches most appropriate for you.
My role isn't to tell you who you are. It's to help you recognise what has always been there, creating space for meaningful and lasting change.
Where We Might Begin
People arrive at The Threshold for many different reasons.
Sometimes life has cracked something open. A relationship has changed, a season has ended, your body is asking for attention, or you're standing at the edge of a transition you can't quite name.
Sometimes nothing is wrong at all.
You simply know there's another way of living, leading, relating or creating that wants to emerge. You're ready to understand yourself more deeply, navigate the season you're in with greater intention, or have someone walk beside you as you cultivate what comes next.
Wherever you're beginning, we might explore:
Life transitions and major change
Relationships and family dynamics
Health, wellbeing and the body
Emotional patterns and resilience
Business, creativity and purpose
Identity, confidence and self-trust
Parenting and motherhood
Grief, loss and uncertainty
Feeling stuck or disconnected
Integration after significant life experiences
Every one-to-one session is shaped around the person in front of me. Rather than following a fixed protocol, I draw together the approaches most appropriate for where you are, creating a space to recognise your landscape, understand what has shaped it, and cultivate what comes next.
The Maps We Use
Every person is different, which means every session is different.
Rather than following a fixed process, I draw from a wide range of disciplines, philosophies and therapeutic approaches, selecting the maps most appropriate for where you are and what is asking to emerge. Each offers a different way of understanding your experience, yet all are working towards the same intention: helping you recognise your landscape with greater clarity, compassion and choice.
Some of the maps we may work with include:
Body & Nervous System
Kinesiology, acupressure, primitive reflex integration, brain integration, neuro-organisational techniques and somatic movement.
Traditional Wisdom
Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy, Five Element Theory, meridians, seasonal living and earth-based wisdom.
Astrology & Symbolic Systems
Natal astrology, current cycles, archetypal psychology, mythology, symbolism and tarot.
Family & Development
Family constellations, developmental psychology, limiting beliefs and the patterns formed through our earliest experiences.
Vibrational Medicine
Flower essences, Aura-Soma, tissue salts, aromatherapy, tuning forks, crystal singing bowls and shamanic sound practices.
Nature as Teacher
Plants, animals, the changing seasons and the living world as guides for reflection, recognition and integration.
No single map holds all the answers. Together, they offer different ways of seeing the same landscape, allowing each session to unfold in a way that is as individual as the person sitting in front of me.
Begin Here
If you're ready to begin, or you're unsure whether one-to-one support is the right place to start, I'd love to hear from you.
Together, we'll find the most appropriate place to begin.
